I have nothing to say here, because I am not allowed to for it is for my contest ending on the 9th of April. Just thought everyone here should be allowed to look upon it and fave/pass it on themselves.
Post Four - Broken System(rantish)
I have finally decided to post a post that is my words about something that causes me great pain. This has been brought on by legal situations that have forced me into a corner of guilty, to which I own no guilt for. My parental rights over my son were violated and I have more than enough proof that they were, but apparently because its a child custody battle and these sorts of things happen it makes it okay. Since when was it okay to violate anyone’s rights? It’s never okay, never.
Its not okay if a mass religion from another country claims war on our country and those who follow that beliefe here in America rights are taken away. It’s not okay if they have a different color skin, or belief. Its not okay even if they are murderers or rapists. (Now dont get me wrong I have my own feelings about that last one but its not okay to give your own ‘justice’.)
America was built by those escaping persecution from being different and wishing to live their life the way they chose! And yet we keep repeating the same wrong on others around us. The rich and famous get slaps on the wrist and a ‘dont do that again’ while those who cant afford a proper anything suffer in some way or another.
Who cares if your neighbor is gay, straight, bi, pan, a-sexual, etc. Who cares if that person you work with is catholic, protistant, mormon, agnostic, aithiest etc. Its none of your business or problem so long as they are living their lives not harming others. Movie stars talk about their little projects, asking the public to donate money to this that and they other. Here’s an idea - donate some of your own money.
Children starve in other countries, and those sorts of things break my heart. But I can litterally look right across the street and see the same thing on top of those children getting beat by ‘loved ones’ for acting out or crying. You try to get the police involved, and they say they dont deal with those sorts of things. You call DFS the people appointed to help these children: and they choose the lesser evil in every case. (and Im not saying this is the case everywhere every time but it happens a lot) Remove these children from the home? Well, we dont have any safer place for them or the money to do so. Lets leave them there and keep an eye on it. If it gets worse then we might do something. (personal experience that actually happened to me as a child)
Mother’s and Father’s out there fighting for their kids, legitamitly wanting to care for their children are shafted because the person who filed against the other’s word seems to be more true. This is not right people, its not right at all. What happens when someone has proof that the other party are liars, that they are mentally harming the child(ren)? Why is it not acted upon? Why cant that same person prosicute against the other party for rights violated and taken? Explain to me why this is okay?
Explain to me why its okay for children to starve and be beaten? Why is it okay for children in the bronx and ghetto to be dropped off right back in the same place they had turned to illeagal activities to begin with? Do we really expect them to do better? We are setting them up to fail. Anyone who really knows how these things work know once you are apart of a gang you do not leave it unless you are dead. Granted there are some who make it out of there, turn their back, but why risk it?
I was told once that after the age of five a child is set in their ways and can never change. I disagree. A person can be so much more stronger than that if they are given the proper opertunity and they really want it. We just teach them otherwise.
The goverment can’t fix everything for us. Its not possible. Every year we go further into debt, because the bank we get money from to fund everything is not owned by the goverment but privateers. Every year we take out a loan from them to over the year before and the one coming. We spend way to much on waste, as in things we do not need. But there in lies a problem, if we do not spend money people loose their jobs with no work to complete.
Immigrants built this country. Why do we hate them so? Because they steal our jobs and benefits? That’s possibl true in some cases, but our jobs are being exported to other countries because of cheaper wages and building materials. Is this right? No, but thats some of whats happening. Corprate bigwigs take fat checks and do as they please while those of us who work for them to get those checks keep them running. The show ‘undercover boss’ is a joke and a PR ploy to help those bigwigs look better. If you didnt think that was totally scipted everything they do and they hadnt already set aside money to be so charitable then you need to think about it again. The people they choose might not be scrpited and they might not know ahead of time but everything else is just PR.
Most of this that I have spoken about is just personal opinion of what I’ve seen, experienced personally, and know about. But there is something seriously wrong with our system when I am living paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet, my mother a college graduate doesnt make as much as me at her job, and the goverment refuses to cover me just my child and they put a limit on the amount of money I make before they cut that too. No insurance for me, a working citizen who pays those bogus taxes for cops that dont do their jobs, and for public schooling who arent teaching properly considering our country is the lowest ranking in that department, but men and women on death row or in jail for life get it no problems. Eye, dentle, physical, medications, etc.
What the helk is that all about? Why do they get that? WHY?! I pay my dues and follow these laws and still cant live beyond paycheck to paycheck but they get it all and they freaking muderered someone? Molested some child? Dealt drugs and helped ruined peoples lives? Not to mention they get meals, and cable depending on where they are at and what they have done. Im paying for all that with my taxes. Why am I paying for that? Its no wonder we have repeat offenders, I would be too for something like that. Not to mention like I stated up above we set these criminals up for failure. What if they really wanted to change? We just put them right back in the same place.
Instead of paying to keep these people healthy and well taken care of in jail, how about we pay to relocate those who are petty criminals and their families and educate them properly? Help them get out of that crime. I find that would be better than just putting them right back into it. Also harsher penalties for the wrongs they have done. If they raped, molested, and murdered then there is a bigger problem here that a few years in jail wont solve. They get out their surving victims become paniced and they repeat their crime for whatever the reason. Im for human rights but there is a limit to what should be considered for these people.
Afraid that someone will get wrongly acused? Im thinking if its really re-looked into honestly and without biest in a certain amount of years and they are still guilty then they probably are. But that being said the ones that we know without a reasonable doubt who are wrong and have taken away someone elses rights should get the highest punishment considering the crime.

I guess I cant really rant anymore. I can but Im running out of steam. Im just so ticked off. That rights everywhere, that this country is supposed to hold to such high asteam, are being violated or bent in so many ways. Stop the hate, stop the crime, stop this petty war against man. We all bleed the same, shed tears, die and have family. Stop looking to the country’s goverment to solve everything, they cant we the people have to do it. That’s how this counrty was built as well as all the others around the world and thats how it can be fixed.

Lets start having our goverment fear us again and bring back our glory. We cant keep acting like selfish teenagers eventually we need to grow up and be resposible for the things we do everyday. Because in the end its our faults that its the way it is, we did nothing to stop it from happening.
